Our after-sales service includes the following aspects:

I. Product quality related

1. Return and exchange service

• If the glass bottle has quality problems such as breakage, cracks, deformation, etc., the customer has the right to request a return or exchange. For bulk orders, we will set a reasonable breakage rate standard. For example, if the breakage rate exceeds 3% during transportation, we will be responsible for replenishing the goods or giving corresponding compensation.

2.Quality assurance commitment

Provide a certain period of quality assurance, generally 6-12 months from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, if the glass bottle itself has quality problems, such as glass material not meeting the standards, resulting in breakage under normal use conditions, we will be responsible for solving it.

II. Technical support

1.Usage guidance

Provide customers with the correct use of glass bottles, such as temperature limits and pressure limits when containing specific substances. For example, some glass bottles cannot withstand high-temperature sterilization, and customers will be informed to avoid such operations to prevent the glass bottles from breaking.

2.Compatibility recommendations

If the glass bottles are used for specific equipment (such as filling machines, capping machines, etc.), provide compatibility recommendations with these equipment to ensure that the glass bottles can be used smoothly in the customer’s production process.

III. Logistics and delivery related

1.Transportation damage handling

Responsible for coordinating and solving the problem of glass bottle damage during transportation. Cooperate with the logistics party to clarify the responsibilities of both parties during the transportation process to ensure that the customer receives intact goods.

2.Delivery time guarantee

If the glass bottles are not delivered as agreed in the contract, communicate with the customer in a timely manner and provide certain compensation according to the specific circumstances, such as price discounts or priority production of the next batch of orders.
